Hi, I'm a newbie, and just want to say this is a great site. I may be new to the board - but i've read a lot, and I'm caught up in the MP is really just Psyllium and / or Bentonite debate. I've read good arguments on both sides... but, I'd be really interested to know if ANYONE out there has passed what they thought was an Mucoid Plaque without EVER having taken psyllium and / or bentonite.

I really appreciate any feedback.
