Yes, and during this time I felt so fantastic better than the 4 weeks before. When I began to reintroduce food, I had a very hard time digesting anything. I followed the directions and was eating very light it took weeks for me to eat cooked vegetables. My husband ate whatever not following the instructions and he did fantastic.
