My daughter and I have been suffering from constipation for the past 6 years. We have tried all the things our doctor recommends: exercise, increase in fibre, changes in diet etc. We have not had much success. we are desperate for some relief. Can someone please help us? I have been reading about some products others have been successfully using. I bought a Cleansesmart kit but have not used it yet. Can someone out there please help us??
