It's been a little over a week now since I started using the CleanseSMART stuff, and I just started using the FiberSMART yesterday. Even though it's without psyllium and I have been drinking tons of water today, I feel bloaty and just generally kinda blah. I also have a headache from hell, but that could be coincidental.

Anyhow, I am curious to know how these products worked for others here, and what other(if any) methods/pills/herbs/dietary changes etc. were used in addition to the RenewLife products. I realize we're all different, and that different products will not affect each person in the same way, but would just like to hear about your experiences with these products.
