hi those of you who have read my messages b4 must know that i am really concern about my skin. red marks left by Acne and rosacea are my problems.
i am now on B&P shakes, i do feel constipated sometimes but today i had four trips to the toilet already. i need to ask if i need anything to supplement my body while doing bowel cleanse. someone suggested taking yoghurt but i am avoiding milk, so what else can i take.
also someone mentioned acidophilus for skin. does it help to get rid of red marks left by acne. thanks
