What sort of symptoms would you have if you're allergic to psyllium? I've been doing the P&B shakes for almost 3 weeks and after 4 days of taking it, I've had a terrible cough and my lungs feel like they are full of cement when I wake up in the morning. I started out on 1 shake a day, 2 this week and plan on increasing to 3 a day on Monday but I'm nervous. Is this just a normal seasonal chest cold going around the office or could it be an allergic reaction? I've gone through 2 bottles of OTC cough suppressant and it's still had little effect.
