When I was doing P&B shakes at the beginning I would have runs of canker sores. I swish for 15 seconds with coillodal silver 2x a day and they usually would leave in a few days.
Make sure your water intake is sufficient.
Do detox baths if needed or detox foot pads. Do a search on these at the top of the page. Just type in the keywords in the box.
