Yes, go to a doctor and see what he/she says. You can always discount it if you don't like his/her opinion. You need to know what you are up against.

The best method around the taste of P&B:
Psyllium-put the spoonful of pysillium plain in your mouth, sip water and mix in your mouth, swallow. Drink and swish more water to get it all down.
Bentonite- Pour the tablespoon into a little water. Stir and drink the concoction which will taste like stale bad water.

Then drink lots of water-I do two cups of warm water to dissolve all the stuff in your stomach.

You're done until next time and you didn't need to drink a P& B which tastes thick and scummy and yucky!
