I am pretty new here. The only question I can help with is the P&B shakes. If you have the money, check out this web sight: http://www.humanmiracles.com/colon_detox.htm

They sell the caps with clay and psyllium in them. You take a ton. But I cant do the shakes at work. So I take the caps with an enzyme to make sure they digest. I did the healing america colon detox twice and really liked it.
