take the olive oil anytime, anyway, it always goes to th same place. ;) If it doesn't seem to help, up the dosage by taking the 3rd one last thing before bed, 2 tablespoons.

you can take probiotics anytime, just atke it alone, apart from fiber.

You can take Schulze #2 as long/much as you like, but beware of taking #1 as it has dependency forming laxatives in it.

If you do several natural aids and nothing happens, do like Tracey says. If nothing still happens, do an Enema. Inspect the stool to see the cause - was it too drya nd compacted? Then drink more water.
