WOW!! This is soooooooooooooooooooooooooooo helpful. I have the exact same problem. I did the #1 and #2 cleanse and still only a bowel movement a 3-4 times a week. So here is my added question. Lets say we do all the recommended things here and wake up one day and no BM. Should you let the toxins stay in there and wait till you have a natural BM? Or do an emema? Or do #1 that night so you go the next day?
