You can make up your own setup, natch! The advantage of the bucket is how much more water you can take in. A colema setup says to use a 5 GALLON bucket but I don't wanna have to store that in my teeny tiny bathroom LOL! The more water you take in the more benefits you get, both cleansing wise and exercise/massage of the colon to strengthen it. :)
