Acne can have a lot of different causes. Tough one to diagnose properly. Cleansing the bowels will certainly help, that and Liver Flushes is usually all I have to do when my forehead gets all messed up. ;)

If you get the powdered bentonite, it helps to hydrate it with just a bit of water before you put it in the large glass of water, else it just wants to sit on top.

I started out with a *rounded* tsp of psyllium to make sure I could handle it. A rounded tablespoon can soak up a lot of water fast, so be sure to follow your drink with some more water, tea or juice. :)
