hi i am going to do my first day of Bowel Cleanse with one cup of the B&P shake and work progressively to three a day, and hopefully in next weekend start my first Liver Flush as well. does that sound ok? i have been drinking lemonade+water for the past months so i do see stones frequently. i hope a bowel followed closely by a Liver Flush would not be too hard on my body.

by the way, what should i do/ not do on the first day i begin my bowel cleanse? should i fast, apart from lots of water and a better diet? thanks
