if you have a backed up system that isn't moving well, it could make you feel anxious because you have no release, and the toxins are sitting there messing with even your brain. but in order to get toxins out, you need help from both ends. if you can learn how to do enemas, that would help in a short amount of time. also, colonics are even better, but cost money. an enema kit can be found at walmart, drug emporium, probably eckerds, and any rx place. you can learn how to do it on here. just go to the home page and find enemas. no need for anxiety, but plenty of patience.
