Oh my gosh you poor thing! I just assumed you hadn't gone the pharmeceutical route since most people here try not to... but to have gone that way and have it failed... so frustrating!

First thing I'd do is search your environment for why you keep getting re-contaminated. Wash everything. Towels, clothes, bedding, stuffed animals, treat your kids if you have them, beware of other people's kids, surfaces you touch often, even your car could use a good steam cleaning. Do you bite your nails? Stop! Do you live with someone? Make sure they get treated too! Even swap out the filter in your heater.

Treatments should be actually two treatments - the first one, and then again two weeks later.

I've heard good things about Pin-X, which is FDA approved but doesn't need a doctor's prescription.
