which is my problem.

I take two shakes a day (1tsp psyllium, 1tlbsp clay). When I was taking 3 I was very constipated. The two even make me a bit constipated. I drink 3 32oz bottles of water a day..

Nothing seems to be happening at all. I'll try to up the water intake.
