I'm about to embark upon an Arise & Shine cleanse. I'm going to begin with the mildest phase and go for a month (I've been planning this for a while). I want everything to go as smoothly (no pun intended (!)) as possible, so I'm going to take enemas.

My question is this: the guidelines in the literature say a coffee enema is appropriate only twice a week, but daily enemas are recommended. What do you use when you're not using coffee? I looked at A & S's website, then surfed the enema department here, and can't figure it out. Just use water?

Also I have candida issues.

Any advice that veteran cleansers may have would be appreciated!
