Sounds like you got out some candida yeast with that muck of mucous. That is were candida yeast hides itself. That's GREAT. Keep up the good work!

PS. I show my husband all the wonderful things that come out of me too. When I tell people about colon cleansing, he says, "Yeah, You wont believe the stuff that comes out of her! "LOL"
