Just a guess, but I think you might need a course of probiotics - the good bacteria that keeps our system in check.

Also, maybe, digestive enzymes to make sure you are breaking down your food properly. You might also be low in stomach acid, look into that. Get your digestion in order and everything else runs smoothly.

Apple cider vinegar is a great cleanser, alkaliser, digestive + mineraliser.
