Sounds very encouraging. I've never got any worms out, maybe I should try the oil. I was thinking that if you really want a good clear out (and you can afford it) you could go and have a colonic. Your insides must be so prepared by now with all the stuff you have been doing, and the colonic would really move it all. Just an idea. Also, thinking back to my last 12 cleanse - there were cramps at first and a bit of bloating but not for long. I must have had an easy time.
