Hi Megan,
thank you for your post. It is really helpful to hear that someone else has the same experience. Nuts, even seeds, aggravate me too! The only way through this is all veggies, and some chicken or fish every so often. Its impossible though!!!!!! I wish I had no cravings for junk. After my flushes, I get bad cravings. I don't know why. I was very good and strict with my diet for a long time, but sometimes being very strict sets you up for a bad binge. That's what happened to me. I never thought I would lose control, but I did.

Did you talk to Andreas at all on his forum? He says things that make a lot of sense about the spirit and mind connection to candida and other diseases. I don't know if anyone has been totally cured by his methods.

Did you try threelac, it did not work for me at all.
