I was so excited because I had everything under control. But all the sudden it has gotten difficult. I had lost 10 lbs and now I have gained 7 back.
And all the prepared food looks so good.

You might want to stop with your cleanse for a month and do something different.

I have tried to elimenate my Depression pills, but so far it still does not work.

I don't want to give up, so once in a while I do a wasteful day and eat everything in sight.
And start all over again.
