I've used chomper by Arise and Shine many times without any trouble. There were a few times I even took 25 caps in one day. I felt fine...released some plaque too.

The government and medicine don't know about healing. They know about disease management. I don't buy their scare tactics. If a herbalist cautioned the use of some herb, I'd take note...but not the government...I think they get just a little nervous when people begin to empower themselves and take back their health.

But you could always check with some herbalists or naturopaths about the product, see what they think...or even just try another cleanse, they're so many that are equally good. I've been using Dr Schulze's recipes which I like too.
