Hey everyone I am kind of new to all of this but I really want to do my first bowel/parasitic cleanse. It seems that everyone here is really nice and open about your experiences and very helpfull too. I just want to know what has worked best for all of you and maybe some tips on cleansing or maybe places of even more information.

I really want to do my first cleanse coming up soon but there seems to be so many different ways. I just have a bunch of questions before I start and I hope some of you people can help me. Sorry if these questions have been answered in the past.

- What do you think is the best way to Bowel cleanse? Master Cleanse vs. P&B shakes vs. Fitline Basics BIO PLUS

- When do you have to take the probiotics and what kind?

- Does everyone use a Zapper along with the herbs for parasites?

-Zapping sounds really interesting but is it needed?
