Gee, they COULD HAVE reduced the incidence of AIDS by 37%!!!

For how long?

Wouldn't that just be a stall in the face of the wildfire spread?

I mean that circumcision doesn't IMMUNIZE. Eventually the spread by transferance of bodily fluids will overcome the slow-down, and the incidence rate will soar once more.

And such a sudden increase in circumcision of adults, where they have long rejected the procedure, must surely have dire emotional consequences! That is, of course, if they could get the people to hold still for it.

I suggest that, if they tried this campaign, the uproar would reveal circumcision for what it is, to all the world.

And, what is that?
