>>Well that's the major difference between the job they did on you and other men who were circumsized as an infant. For them, the foreskin is ALWAYS retracted which creates other problems you haven't experienced. They seem to have done a good job on you and you still have enough foreskin to move around comfortably. You are lucky and an exception rather than the rule.

You might want to go back to the doctor and explain what I told you and get more chopped off and see how that goes. Try it as an experiment to see.<<

Thanks but I think I'd rather keep mine the way it is! I would dispute the fact that I am an exception rather than the rule. Perhaps I wasn't clear in my first post; I don't have any remaining foreskin, I was cut tightly and have no coverage over the glans whatsoever. This, I believe, is how most circumcisions are done. The skin on the shaft of my penis hasn't been pulled tight. I understand that botched circumcisions do unfortunately occur which may result in difficulties, but I would go so far as to say that the majority of circumcised men in the world are happy with their circumcision, and that that majority are tightly cut like myself. I'm not trying to say that everyone is like me and I'm happy so everyone should be happy, It's just that circumcision generally gets a bad press which can paint a very misleading picture. Men who are happy with the way they are understandably don't see the need to shout about it, so you get left with the negative side which is often presented as the only opinion. The point I was trying to make was that cicumcision is a sensitive issue for young lads and the one sided story often presented only serves to exacerbate the problem.
