Foreskin is just that...skin. It is not the penis itself. It does nothing in that area other than make the penis unclean. No mother/father in their right minds would let someone cut off their son's penis. Millions of men get circumcised. It has stood the test of time when the ancient Jews did it as a sign of cleanliness and their covenant with God.

Speaking as a woman, I MUCH PREFER the clean, unencumbered penis that has been circumcised. ;)
