Hygeine is NOT valid reason to cut of a normal healthy body part. Soap and water is the solution not radical irriveribale surgery. You would not resect your anus, eyelids, ears, tongue or any other body part that accumulates fluids or smells. If that were the case we have a better reason to circumcise females since the vagina is much less hygenic according to research.
Wake up and realise that if you were meant to have a foreksin you would have been born with one.....right?
Same with a clitoris.

Your personal preference is immaterial when it comes to needless mutilation of genitals. If my preference were for breasts that were 'mastectimized' would you support my endorsment of mass masectimies.

Tell your lover to take a shower if you have an issue with the hygeine, or rather his lack thereof.
