I agree totally with this Mom and her observations of her uncut son and what she observed about his circumcised playmates.Had a whole gang of my younger four year old brother and his friends in our pool and had to supervise them and all . Yea they skinney dipped and had fun. I had to dry them all off so they did not flood our home. Boy all were circumcised and many were cut way too tight. Almost all had protruding scar tissue . No expert on this sbject but seeing what I saw feel they were butchered.
