Yes! Which is why evolution will always be unscientific - firstly there is not one theory but a whole spectrum of theories. Secondly it is constantly evolving and difficult to actually pin down. Thirdly it is impossible to disprove, because there are no observations that would falsify it. Some would argue that there are plenty of observations (or rather lack of observations) to falsify evolution theory, but evolutionists would never accept these as evidence.

True scientific theories, such as Netwon's laws for example, are falsifiable, and are eventually shown to either be wrong, or at least not the whole truth.
