Thanks Steve! I think this might be helping somewhat. I woke up Tuesday with NO anxiety. This is huge for me as I wake up every day to extreme free floating anxiety. Today I woke up to anxiety but it was greatly reduced. I have had a few anxiety provoking incidents but no body sensations... just the thoughts. For me the body sensations are the worst because I get burning and tingling throughout my body and it all goes straight to my stomach which causes me to be unable to eat.

Again, I really appreciate your assistance in this.
