The idea is to do EFT for what is causing the panic/anxiety. Be specific as possible and you will get better results. EFT is not nearly as effective when you only tap for general anxiety symptoms. I have not heard anyone having dizzyness from EFT, I have helped people be relieved of dizzyness using EFT though. Try again and this time when you tap be as specific as possible as to what you think is causing it.
