Has anyone gotten into fasting? I've never given it any thought...in fact, although I've been on the Maker's Diet for a while now, I do not do the one day a week partial-fast. However, I was looking around at the other forums and clicked on the fasting one to see what it was about. I couldn't believe that that many people do 20+ day fasts! I'm not looking for anything that extreme, but they had some good stuff to say about shorter fasts. Some books were recommended to me that I may check out (Joel Fuhrman's Fasting and Eating to Live and Bragg's The Miracle of Fasting). Just curious if anyone's into this and has any input. Thank you.
