I think it is just going back to the way God intended us to eat before man messed our food up. God knows best, He created us so He must know what works best in our bodies and what our bodies need. I stick to this way of eating and I feel great compared to before- I have gotten over dry skin, bad sinuses, headaches, and I always have energy now and I always feel great. My family and I rarly get sick.

I don't think it putting religion into your eating, but more of putting God's wisdom into your eating and I put God's wisdom into every area of my life, so why not nutrition too. He wants to be part of every area of out life, even the small things.
