Another hello out there
Have been scanning through past messages looking for answers to some start up questions - which were some what helpful.

Anyone still living on the makers diet?
As much as I am looking for health benefits of this plan, am also looking for weight loss - Anyone with a success story? Thanks for any encouragement.
