You've made some good points here although I'm still on the fence. Each part of the chicken should support a nutritional purpose if it is to be consumed. Although we clearly support consuming some types of fat I'm not sure the chicken fat is in that category, what do you think? I don't know, I tend to put the skin is a similar category as feathers.
