Hello Anna,

I have been on Primal Defense (HSO) for 3 weeks and it is starting to work. Jordan Rubin's father sent a package of 'dirt' to him while he was getting better with the man from California. That 'dirt' was Primal Defense.

I suggest get the gut healthy first. Drink a lot of pure water (distilled or revers osmosis) in poly-carbonate (non-leaching) plastic bottles. Your GI tract (gastrointestinal tract) is the second brain. Get that going in the best condition and you will see your immune system pick-up.
