I have not seen anything about this in the book. Although I have always heard not to eat anything late at night, the MD seems to go against a lot of the norm. It seem like an "instinct" to at least eat a little bit if I am hungry at night (im talking 10-11 o clock and I go to bed around 12) So what does Jordan say about this?
