I just started the Maker's Diet three days ago and I am having headaches (probably due to lack of caffiene) and I've even thrown up once. Is this "normal"????? I thought it might be part of the detox going on in my body but I'm not sure. Has anyone else on the Maker's Diet had these symptoms??? Help??? ©†ƒ……•™¼‡_Original_Message_¾€š½ž¢«»¬ï°©

I just found this website...it's wonderful. I just started the Maker's Diet and am having headaches due to lack of caffiene! Also, my morning and evening cleanse drink with the Perfect Food and Super Seed are HORRIBLE to drink...but I WILL stay the course. Any suggestions to make this easier????
