I have been on maker's diet strictly from May to now.. Unfortuantley I still have acne. I dont eat bread much.. once every few days.. I hope you are in same shoes as I am. How old are you by the way? Yeah liverflush and Bowel Cleanse are good way to go.. But now I dont understand why this doesnt work for me. I assume that my bowel health is good. I pass every 18 to 20 hours.. I just did my eleventh Liver Flush and first time I didnt pass anything. Hmm, I will go for two more to make sure that I am stone free. If I am actually stone free, what the heck is wrong with me? Also, there is a link between internal ogran and the Acne location on the face.. Mine mostly is on where beard is even though I dont have fully beard yet.. It refects the hormonal problem. I do pay attention to omega 3 to 6 ratio. Sorry for rambling tonight but I am at the point where I am frustrated. :) I know tomorrow, I wish I didnt say like this but oh well. :)
