I was not eating the "SAD" way either (well, most of the time) but have really enjoyed the Maker's Diet. I have lost (and am still gradually losing) around 10 lbs. I was not very overweight to begin with. It is a lot of cooking, but not much more than I was doing before. As for the raw dairy, I'm lucky to be in CA (check out Organic Pastures website)! I have also heard of White Egret Farms in TX. They take mail orders for raw goat products. I plan to order some in the near future. Hope that helps.
