I am desperate and try everything! I heard about it on Mercola.com. I worked up to 3/day and still take 3/day. It definitely hasn't made me nauseous or anything but regular - but I don't have and never have had a constipation problem. I did a Colon Cleanse over one year ago and have kept my elimination in good shape with diet - low carb, healthy, etc. I drink the Super Seed - have you tried that? It's fiber and I love it. I mix it with Perfect Food. I went without the Perfect Food and surely noticed the lack - I think it's great. Just wish all the Garden of Life products weren't so expensive!
