Hi everyone. I've never posted & just today started the Maker's Diet.

Has any one tried the Super Seed? The book says 2 TBSP along w/5 tab of the Perfect Food. This morning I tried to put the tabs in the blender but they got mangled but not crushed.

This afternoon I swallowed the Perfect Food tabs separately so no more issue there.

PROBLEM is I gag with Super Seed. I'm not normally like that but then when do I drink something like that.

I'd love to hear if anyone had this experience and/or how they got around it.
