Flushing is not likely to hurt anything.

Try milk-thistle. It has been shown to help rejuvenate the liver.

Also, there may be other things that help depending on the cause of your cirrhosis.

Do you take Co-Q10? Fish oil, Borage oil? Flax seed oil? All of these should be helpful.
