What is your diet like? **Diabetic 1800 cals...

Have you done, or are you doing bowel cleansing? **No

Kidney cleansing? **No

heavy drinking in my youth till about 30, ***I drink, I die... NO DRINKING with Hepatitis, none notta drip... I was told I had hepatitis in1980 and wasn't told how important it was to contact a doctor. Then in 1998 I did and it was not good. Now I have cirrhosis stage 4 the last stage. My advice to you my friend see a liver doctor and have labs run to see where you stand with yours.


My SAD diet did not include Fast Food joints... ***maybe two to 3 times amonth for me... used to be daily... lol n I don't miss them at all.

I never really gave up the drinking but for brief stints and had one or two at night until two years ago. ***I will say this one more time to you my friend, I am 64 1/2 and I did not give up the drinking until 1997 and that is why I have what I have to deal with today. Drinking is the fastest route to cirrhosis.


I will do the cleaning and thanks for the help...
