No one here? It's a real question.

I think it must be bile. I say that because I aparrently accidentally did something like a flush (before I ever heard about these flush protocols) while doing a food elimination trial for food allergies .

Absolutely no olive oil involved, just orange juice, apple juice, yogurt, fish oil and flax seed oil. Very green.
