People who have gone into Colloidal Ionic Silver preparation deeply have found that the particles take 36 hours before they are stable. This would explain why it changes early on compared to later. You might find the same effect if you try it straight after making CIS when its a full moon.
Theres NOTHING better for Oxygenation than OZONE its the King so I suggest you try and get a generator asap and forget H2o2 unless its an emergency. I piped a nebuliser to my SOTA Ozone machine and the solution was very strong. If your wondering why I did this, its because my air pump went in the Sota ;-( but I'm happy with the results of what I've done. I need to find out if the larger air pressure from the Neb will damage the Cold Corona tube.
