How does that link in with the green blobs issue? That fact does not infer much about the nature of the green blobs as such.

The number and volume of green blobs is another piece of the jigsaw that demonstrates that the green blobs are not gallstones.

A possible explanation is that the human body (which can adapt to an amazing number of stimuli) adapts to this punishment and digests the olive oil better.
