i'm not sure i can find it myself anymore. so i will just ask. you often mention gallstone illeus results from fistulas... do you contend that gi can result only from a fistula, or is that an assumption based on the physical size of the bile ducts? Or, can you cite a study that says that an object larger than the diameter of the bile duct cannot pass, ie, the bile duct cannot stretch?
